Klaus brings almost 40 years of experience working in retail and delivering large-scale business transformation programs for retailers in Europe, Russia, the US, Asia, and South America. He spent more than 20 years working in retail, building a deep understanding of the retail business from time spent in field level operations, purchasing, marketing, general management, and as CIO of a retail organization. In an advisory role, Klaus has worked with leading retailers across the globe. A founding partner of Retail Consult, Klaus’s extensive leadership experience has guided the company to continuous year over year growth.

Working with retailers across the globe, Paulo brings over 25 years of experience working to deliver technology-based retail transformation projects. Paulo has lived the evolution of technology and has deep experience from implementing Oracle Retail and ERP solutions to custom software development, package implementation and integration across a variety of technology platforms. His client work spans a broad range of retail subsegments. Paulo also has extensive experience running large, globally-based consulting organizations. A founding principle of Retail Consult, Paulo helped to build the company from 15 people to the current organization.

A founding partner of Retail Consult, Silvia has over 25 years working with global retailers using technology for business transformation. She has extensive experience with a wide range of retail business functions including planning and retail optimization, supply chain management, logistics, merchandising management, store systems, and retail intelligence. She combines her retail business acumen with technology implementation experience that includes both Oracle Retail and custom-developed solutions. Silvia has worked with global retailers in fashion, food, electronics and sports.

Vitor is a founding Partner of Retail Consult, with over 20 Years of Experience delivering large transformation programs worldwide. Pedro has a degree in Computer Science, a Master’s in Business Administration, and is passionate about Retail. He has over 20 years of experience working side by side with retailers, understanding their challenges and goals, and proposing the best solutions to achieve success. He started Retail Consult's operations in Latin America, from where he has been helping to lead the expansion and consolidation of Retail Consult as a global key player.

On March 9, 2020, Retail Consult implemented a work-from-home, remote workforce model to protect our employees, clients and partners. Most of our clients and partners are also working from home.
