Oracle Retail MOM Consultant [Hybrid Model]

What you’ll be doing:
  • Participate in the implementation of comprehensive end-to-end Oracle Retail solutions, as cornerstones of large transformation programs in retail;
  • Preparation and execution of workshops with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define solutions that better fit the overall client requirements, from both technical and functional perspectives;
  • Elaborate the technical specifications for the components to be developed to fulfill the identified requirements, in alignment with the established architecture;
  • Coordinate, from a technical perspective, the development team responsible to build the specified components;
  • Support the solution Go-live preparation, execution, and stabilization.
What we are looking for:
  • At least 2 years of experience working with implementing Oracle Retail solutions such as:
    • ORMS – Oracle Retail Merchandising System  
    • OReSA – Oracle Retail Sales Audit
    • MFCS – Merchandise Foundation Cloud Services
    • ORPM – Oracle Retail Price Management / RPCS – Retail Pricing Cloud Services
    • OReIM – Oracle Retail Invoice Matching / ReIMCS -Retail Invoice Matching Cloud Services
    • ORTM – Oracle Retail Trade Management
    • ORAlloc – Oracle Retail Allocations / Allocations Cloud Services
    • ORSIM – Oracle Retail Store Inventory Management / SIOCS – Oracle Retail Store Inventory Operations Cloud Services
  • Experience working independently in a team-oriented, collaborative environment;
  • Proficiency in English;
  • Degree in IT, Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
What would be a plus:
  • Proficiency in Spanish, French or German;
  • Experience in Oracle solutions in different environments (on-premises, cloud, hybrid);
  • Strong knowledge in the technologies part of each application technical stack;
  • Certifications in the tools or technologies;
